Questions, corrections, and topic suggestions all reach the same inbox. We read everything and reply to most messages within a few working days.
How to reach us
Three lanes reach the same editorial desk. Email is the fastest route and the one we check most often; the phone and the address below are for general enquiries and correspondence.
Email the editorial team
Send your message to [email protected]. Include the page or topic you are writing about so we can route it to the right reader on the team.
For corrections, name the page and the specific detail you believe is wrong. That single line saves a round trip and speeds up the review considerably.
Call the office
Our office line is +62 411 364 3812. It is staffed during business hours and works best for general enquiries rather than detailed editorial questions.
If you reach voicemail, email is usually the quicker option — the message lands in the same inbox either way.

Office hours
09:00 – 17:00 WITA
Monday to Friday, closed on weekends and public holidays
We answer messages between 09:00 and 17:00 local time in Makassar. Anything sent outside those hours gets read on the next working day, so a Friday evening email usually lands on Monday morning. Indonesian public holidays shift that by a day or two; if you are waiting on a correction, the reply may take slightly longer.
Finding the Makassar office
The editorial team writes from Jl. Sultan Hasanuddin No. 45 in Sawerigading, Ujung Pandang, on the Sulawesi Selatan side of the city. The office is on the ground floor of a low building, set back from the road, and there is no signboard facing the street.

What we can help with
Editorial questions about our guides, corrections, source queries, and topic suggestions are all welcome. We are happy to explain why a page says what it says and where the reasoning came from.
If a sentence reads wrong, tell us the page and the detail. If a source has moved or a guideline has shifted, we would rather hear it from a reader than find it a year later. Reader suggestions shape what we add next, and even a one-line note about what you were looking for is useful.
What we can't help with
We can't interpret individual test results, recommend specific products, or answer questions about your own situation. Those belong with a qualified doctor who can look at your history and your numbers together.
We also don't sell anything, so there is no order desk, shipping question, or product enquiry to route. Our inbox is editorial only.
If your message is about a medical issue, please contact a healthcare provider instead.
Suggesting a topic
If there is a question you think we should cover, send it with a sentence about why it matters to you. That second sentence is the part we read first, because it tells us whether the gap is in our explanation or in the topic itself.
We can't promise to publish every suggestion, but we do track them, and patterns across several readers rise to the top of the list. Suggestions about everyday habits, food, sleep, and training routines fit the guide best; anything that needs a medical answer belongs with a doctor.
Response times
If you have not heard back after a week, send the message again. Filtering occasionally catches a reply on the way out, and a resend costs you nothing but a minute.
Write to the editorial team
Prefer a form to an email client? Fill in the fields and your message reaches the same inbox. Tell us which page you are writing about, and whether this is a question, a correction, or a topic suggestion — that one line is what helps most.
We reply to most messages within a few working days, and we only use your email address to answer you. There is no newsletter sign-up here and no marketing list.
Faster by email
You can also write straight to [email protected] if you would rather not use the form.
Before you write
What should I include in a correction?
Name the page and quote the sentence you believe is wrong. If you have a source that contradicts it, add the link or the citation. We go back to the original material before changing anything, so the more precise your note, the faster the check.
Can I ask about my own habits or routine?
You can, and we will point you to the guide that covers the topic. What we won't do is assess your situation — we don't read test results, don't recommend products, and don't stand in for a doctor. For anything personal, a qualified healthcare provider is the right person to ask.
Can I visit the office in Makassar?
Visits are by appointment only. There is no storefront and no walk-in service at Jl. Sultan Hasanuddin No. 45, so please email first and we will find a time that works. If your question can be answered in writing, that is usually simpler for both sides.
How do you decide what to update?
Reader notes and source checks both feed the same review queue. We look at what readers flag, re-read the original material behind a claim, and rewrite the passage if the reasoning no longer holds. Our research and update process explains the steps in full.
Ready when you are
One inbox, read by the same people who write the guides. Send a note about a page, a source, or a topic you think deserves a closer look, and we will take it from there.
