How NaturalTest Indonesia handles personal data submitted through naturaltest.id, and what you can ask us to do with it.

What this policy covers
This policy explains what personal data NaturalTest Indonesia collects through naturaltest.id, why we collect it, how long we keep it, and what rights you have. It applies to the website only. If you contact us by phone or in person, the same principles apply, but the record lives with our office rather than in the site's systems.

Data we collect
Two streams, collected for different reasons and kept for different lengths of time.
Information you give us
We collect information you provide voluntarily through our contact form or by email. This typically includes your name, email address, and the content of your message. If you choose to mention your age, training routine or general lifestyle in a question, that detail stays in the message thread and is used only to answer you properly.
Information logged automatically
We also collect basic technical data through standard server logs, including IP address, browser type, and pages visited, for security and site performance purposes. These logs are not tied to a profile of you and are not used to build a picture of what you read.
You are never required to send us anything. If you would rather not share a detail, leave it out of your message — we will answer with the information we have.
Why we collect it
Every piece of data we hold has a narrow, stated purpose. If a use is not listed here, we do not put your data to it.
Reply to you
Your enquiry, answered
Contact form data is used to respond to your enquiry. Nothing more is done with the name and address attached to it.
Keep it running
A site that stays online
Server log data is used to keep the site working and to detect abuse, such as repeated automated requests.
Nothing else
No profiling, no ads
We do not use your data for advertising, profiling, or automated decision-making of any kind.
Legal basis
We process contact data on the basis of your consent when you submit a form, and on the basis of our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries and maintaining the site. Consent is the reason we can hold your message at all; the legitimate-interest basis covers the operational logs and the work of answering you.
You can withdraw consent at any time by contacting us. Withdrawal stops future processing of your message, and we will remove the record unless another basis still requires us to keep it.
Retention
We keep records for as long as they are useful and no longer. The table opposite sets out how long each type of record stays with us.
If you request deletion earlier, we will comply unless we are legally required to retain the data. In that case we will tell you which requirement applies.
Contact messages are kept for up to 24 months, then deleted unless an ongoing matter requires longer storage. Server logs are kept for a shorter period, typically 90 days.
Sharing
Who else can see your data, and under what conditions.
We do not sell or rent personal data. We may share data with service providers who help operate the site, such as hosting providers, under confidentiality obligations. Those providers are allowed to handle the data only for the purpose we engaged them for, and only as long as that arrangement lasts.
We may disclose information if required by Indonesian law or a valid legal request. Where we are permitted to tell you, we will let you know that a request has been made.
Hosting and operations
Our hosting provider stores the site and its logs. They work under a confidentiality obligation and cannot use the data for their own purposes.
Legal requirements
If Indonesian law or a valid legal request requires it, we may have to disclose data. We keep such disclosures to what is actually asked for.
Your rights
You can request access to the personal data we hold about you, ask for corrections, or request deletion. You can also object to processing or ask for a copy in a portable format. None of these requests needs a reason, and none of them costs you anything.

Send access, correction, deletion or objection requests to [email protected]. Tell us enough to find your record — usually the email address you wrote from and roughly when you wrote.

Children
This site is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 18. If you believe a young person has sent us information, write to [email protected] and we will remove it.
Security
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect personal data. No system is entirely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute protection. If we ever become aware of a problem affecting your data, we will tell you what happened and what we are doing about it.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy to reflect changes in law or our practices. The revised version will be posted on this page with a new effective date. If a change materially affects how we handle data you have already sent, we will say so plainly at the top of the page rather than leaving it to the footer.
Continuing to use naturaltest.id after a change means you accept the updated policy. If you do not, you can ask us to delete your record at any time using the contact details beside this text.
